What’s Cooking in Hangover Square, Vol. 1

A monthly podcast advocating that the right mix of music and cooking is the most effective remedy to a Saturday night hangover and Sunday blues. Anna and Pete, What’s Cooking in Hangover Square’s curators, are acclaimed contributors to the theory and practice of messing everything up.

In Vol.1, WHHS gets inspired by The Wilton Way Cafe’s excellent coffee and makes tiramisu. Step by step, including final finger-licking, the curators try to escape the gloomy side of Sunday
afternoon indulging in the comfort of calories and a selection of nostalgic tracks.

Tiramisu: Ingredients (4 people)
75gr sugar
1 ristretto coffee
1 americano coffee
Up to 100 gr savoiardi (sponge fingers)
Up to 3 egg whites, 2 yolks
200 gr mascarpone cheese
Vanilla pod or extract (optional)
Marsala or amaretto (optional)
Cocoa powder
